Jack's Baked Beans

1 gallon Van Campís beans, drained, throw away juice and pork fat
3 large yellow onions, chopped coarse
Ĺ large bell pepper, chopped
2 lb. bottle ketchup
Ĺ of a large bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. box of dark brown sugar
1 large can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. pork sausage
salt, pepper, garlic powder

Cook sausage and when almost done, add ground chuck. When both are done put meat into a separate dish. Add peppers and mushrooms into the grease left over from frying meat. Cook until mushrooms and peppers are soft, then add onions and finish cooking. Leave some texture to onions. Add remaining ingredients to above except beans. Bring to a boil and simmer 5-10 minutes. Add beans and cook about 1 hour on low.
