Glazed Carrots

2 tlbsp butter
2 tsp grated onion
2 tlbsp light brown sugar

1-2lb. package carrots, boiled drained and sliced
       or 2-16 oz. cans sliced carrots drained

In a heavy skillet melt the butter. Add the onion and cook for 1-2 minutes until tender. Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Slowly toss the carrots in the glaze until shiny. Serve hot.

 Note: Can cut the carrots into long slender slices.
