Tangy Mustard Cauliflower

1 Med. Head cauliflower
2 tablespoon water
cup mayo
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
cup shredded cheddar cheese

Place whole head of cauliflower in a casserole dish with a lid and add 2 tablespoons of water. Microwave on high for 5 7 minutes or until tender crisp. Combine the mayonnaise, onion and mustard in a small mixing bowl. Spoon sauce over cauliflower, sprinkle with the cheese. Microwave for 1 2 minutes to heat toppings and melt the cheese. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes  6 8 servings.
