Broccoli Salad
1 bunch broccoli (cut into flowerets)
1 c mayonnaise or miracle whip
1/2 medium red onions (chopped)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup golden raisins
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
4 oz. Spanish peanuts
Mix first four ingredients in bowl. Set aside. In a small bowl combine
mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; mix well. Pour over broccoli and toss.
Serve immediately or refrigerate in airtight container. The salad can be
made ahead. Mix in dressing at the last minute.
