3 cups cooked turkey
Make a cream sauce with the butter, flour and broth.
Add the cream, swiss cheese and sherry.
Mix the turkey mixture and the sauce and put in a buttered 9”x13” baking dish.
Sprinkle the top of the casserole with Parmesan Cheese.
Top with slivered almonds.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
Note: Chicken may be substituted for turkey.
