Pork Tenderloin Rub

1 tablespoon thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preheat grill to 400 degrees then reduce heat to lowest setting. Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Rub mixture over pork; place tenderloin on grill low heat. Insert meat thermometer into thickest portion of tenderloin. Grill until thermometer registers 160 degrees approximately 1 hours. Remove from grill and place on foil. Pour 1/3 cup chutney over pork and wrap in double layer of heavy-duty foil. Place back on grill with heat off for 10 minutes to set flavor. Slice and serve with remaining chutney
