Pork Tenderloin Apricot Chutney Glaze

1 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon minced onion

For chutney, process all ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped. Transfer ingredients to a medium saucepan over low heat. Stirring frequently, cook 7 to 9 minutes or until mixture is heated through. Remove from heat. Cover and allow flavors to blend.
