Peanut Butter Honeybees

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, about 12 squares
1 square (1 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Cream peanut butter, butter and sugar. Add crumbs, mix well. Shape tsp. of dough into 1 ¼” ovals, place on wax-paper lined pan. Melt chocolate in small bag and cut a small hole in corner of bag.  Pipe 3 stripes on each bee. Insert 2 almonds into bee for wings. Use toothpick to poke holes for eyes. Store in refrigerator. Makes 4 dozen.
