Dreamy Chocolate Chip Coolies

1 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 cup butter flavored Crisco
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 package (4 oz.) German’s sweet Chocolate, melted and cooled
3 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 package (11 1/2 oz.) Hershey’s milk chocolate chips
1 package (10 oz.) Hershey’s Premium semi-sweet chocolate chunks
1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

Combine brown sugar, Crisco, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat at low speed until blended. Increase speed to high. Beat 2 minutes. Add melted chocolate mix until well blended. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add gradually to creamed mixture at low speed. Stir in chocolate chips, chocolate chunks and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon 3” apart onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 375º for 9-11 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes on cookie sheet before removing to cooling racks. Makes 3 dozen.
