Cookie Recipes

100 Good Cookies

1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine
1 cup cooking oil
1 egg
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup coconut
1 cup quick oats
3 1/2 cups flour

Mix sugar, oil, margarine and egg. Add salt, soda, vanilla and cream of tartar (mix well). Combine all dry ingredients and add a little at a time to mixture. Roll into walnut sized balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake until brown or @ 350 for 14 minutes.
