Our campout on March
18-20, 2011 at Suwannee Valley R. V. Resort in White Springs was great.
We had beautiful weather, cool in the morning and warm all day.
There were 20 rigs of happy dancers.
From your friendly caller
I was going to call it thoughts from Bill and
Mary, but I have never had a thought.
Anyway, if you were not there at the campout in White Springs, you missed
Gypsy’s served as hosts but all joined for a great weekend.
Wild Azalea’s were beautiful and the festival was fun.
Weather was fantastic and the dancing very amusing.
April finds us at Lake Oklawaha Campground in Hog Valley.
It is a bit isolated so we will do a workshop.
Originally we were going to Umatilla so make the change and come out to
Oklawaha on the banks of Rodman Reservoir.
In May, we will be back in the Ocala area at Wild Frontier, just off 441
behind the RV dealership.
Ed Hauk and Hazel will be joining us when they can and cuing rounds.
Ed’s cuing is a great addition that makes the weekends even better.
We appreciate the turnout’s we have had this year at all the campout
and continue to work to make for an even better experience.
Let us know your thoughts and ideas.
The first weekend in June
is traditionally the Watermelon Festival in Chiefland.
There is not a dance as part of it so some of us are going to Ocean Grove RV
in St. Augustine for just a fun.
The passport rate is around $30 per night.
If you want to join us for a fun time call them at (904) 471-3414.
They are located at 4225 A1a South, St. Augustine Beach, FL 32080-7449.
We are not planning to dance, just eat, go to beach, play around and goof
and not necessarily in that order.
